You can delete your account in either of the following ways.
Open Dragon Casino, go to your Profile and tap "Delete Account". Your account is deleted 7 days after you submit the request. If you sign in to it within those 7 days, the request is cancelled.
Send an email to [email protected] from the email address of the Apple or Google account linked to your Dragon Casino account, asking us to delete your account. To protect your account, we only accept requests sent from the linked email address. We delete the account within 7 business days and reply to let you know the result.
If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, or you don't remember which email is linked, please reinstall the App, sign in, and delete your account from your Profile.
Guest accounts that are not linked to Apple or Google cannot be identified after the App is uninstalled, so they cannot be deleted by email.
After deletion, the Coins and game records in your account are voided. Your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days. Transaction records are retained as required by law.
